Imperial Personnel are working in partnership with our client in Chesterfield for a Plater to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.
Our client is leading in infrastructure projects, power generation and construction.

Requirements

Experienced plater.
Ideally have industrial manufacturing industry experience.
Can read and interpret engineering drawings.
Awareness of safety, health, environmental and quality issues..
Ability to work well in fast paced environments.

Pay

£16.50ph - Overtime available paid at an enhanced rate

Hours and Days

Mon – Fri
6am – 2:30pm

Responsibilities

Plating Medium/Heavy structural steelwork
Working on all size bespoke jobs
Manufacturing products working from engineering drawings.
You will be responsible for assisting in the manufacture of materials and components used in many sectors.
Maintaining a good standard of cleanliness in work area.
Reporting all shortages, scrap, and downtime as necessary.
Carry out final inspection on finished parts.
