Quality Inspector

Imperial Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join our client on a full-time and permanent basis.

Our client is a leading plastics manufacturer who are experiencing a period of growth.

The Role:

The purpose of this role is ensuring the quality and integrity of our client’s products and infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect and test products to verify their conformance to established quality standards and to help to maintain and improve hygiene and housekeeping levels satisfactory.

Duties:

• Conduct thorough inspections of products throughout the production process to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform quality tests and measurements using various inspection tools and equipment.
• Identify and report and record any defects or non-conformities.
• Document inspection findings and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with others to implement corrective actions and prevent future quality issues.
• Assist in maintaining and developing good housekeeping and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in quality control.
• Must be available to do afters shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards such as ISO 9001.
• Able to use inspection tools and equipment.

Hours and Pay:

Mon – Fri

2pm – 10pm
