Accounts Assistant

Imperial Personnel are working in partnership with our client in Mansfield, NG19, for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. Our client is an accreditation board for the trades and labour industry.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday

9am – 5pm

You will support the Accounts team with the daily administration requirements of the Finance office. Duties will include:

· Set up direct debit mandates.

· Raise customer invoices.

· Credit control.

· Take incoming calls and emails.

· Purchase order generation.

· Purchase invoice processing.


· Professional, articulate and confident.

· Self-motivated.

· A positive can-do attitude, make decisions and work to deadlines.

· Proficient in using a variety of software’s.
